Unable to login... Ever. Can get into the website and see my profile fine, but the app has not worked, in 4+ years of trying. It worked in 2019, for a few times, but has not worked since I changed phones in 2020. I have reset my password several times. I also don't ever seem to get points even on the website. I love Freddy's, the food is great, but the app is a steaming pile of ....

Latest forced update broke the app for Android users. When you go to the rewards page, it's blank. Back to using the web page... again. Pretty lame. They give you a free custard for your birthday, but there is no way to redeem it. The e-mail link takes you to this app, but when you get there, the reward isn't there. App gets worse with each upgrade. Update: A month later and it's still broke. Can't earn points or earn after purchase.

Login never works. I was able to log in ONCE and then I got automatically signed out the next day and have not been able to log in since then. Not to mention that when I was able to log in the first time, I had to reinstall 3 times, clear app cache, and change my password twice then it worked. Freddy's is amazing and the website works, but this app is just obsolete. Why have a rewards system if you can't even log in to use it?
